Technical Services Agreement
Kadec's Technical Services Agreement (TSA) is for clients who want to engage Kadec to provide ongoing Professional Services.  The agreement defines the services, service levels and rates charged.
TSA clients are billed monthly and invoices are accompanied by a full, detailed report of all works performed on the client's behalf each month.
